Came in here yesterday around after 4pm with a few friends, place was PACKED. We didn’t get service for 15 mins but as soon as we got a server she was a delight, cracking jokes, made us forget about how long we waited. Food was excellent, asked the server (forgot her name but she had braids) her recommendations and they didn’t disappoint. The Thai popcorn chicken came cold but it was delicious either way. Music was a bit too loud so not 5/5 stars for that.

Very welcoming, the staff were incredibly quick and kind and the food didn't take long at all to come out from the kitchen. He atmosphere was cozy as well. The only (slightly) negative thing I'd mention is that the music is a little loud which makes it hard to hear the conversations happening at your table. Otherwise, great experience! I'll definitely visit again.

I would love to give 5 stars, especially for the great vegan options. But half the vegan options have a spicy sauce that is just too spicy. The plant based buffalo poutine in particular is so hot every time I get it, drowning in hot sauce, that I struggle to eat it. All I can taste is hot sauce. And I have a decent spicy tolerance, surely most people don't actually want it this intense... Such a shame, it would be so tasty otherwise if they just toned it down. Just now I had to throw it out because I just couldn't eat it. Otherwise the food is great though.

Been a regular for over a year and just been watching service go down the whole time. Sit with an empty drink for far too long without anyone checking in. Not the place to go if you are desperately hungry. Too many times has it shifted to hanger. Beautiful place and great food but maybe just too comfortable with their reputation.

May, 2025 Update: Upped from 3 to 4 stars. Menu has improved. Had the white person fish taco's, deep fried pickles and pickle fries. All were fantastic bar foodesque. Magical pickle dust and chopped pickles on fries along with ranch for dipping (maybe pickle ranch?). Tacos were large and jammed packed with fried pollock and mango/onion salsa. Service was friendly and attentive. Great place to watch the Jets game (unfortunately they pooped the bed on the road). Booooooooooo. Leopolds, what can I add that hasn’t already been said Osborne location was the first in Winnipeg. It’s a small cozy location so be prepared to wait during prime time. I came for drinks not eats. The bar lady was great! I said “make me cocktails, you have free reign”. She did and they were fantastic! Great night, great service. Classic bar food. Check it out.

Sunday lunch. The place was full with only 1 server which increased the wait time. Another server came 30 minutes later. The food was not the greatest, especially that mayo sauce they added without it being mentioned on the menu. I only enjoyed the Caesar drink. Definitely not going back. Service was good Place looks cool but that's it.
